Please use Klinik to contact the practice for both clinical and administrative queries. If required, a member of the team will contact you to discuss it further.
Patients can telephone the surgery at 8.00 am for an appointment that day. Your call will be answered by one of our highly trained reception team who will request information from you to ensure they book your call with the appropriate person.
You may be offered an appointment with a nurse, musculoskeletal practitioner, pharmacist or GP.
When the appointments are filled, only urgent problems will be dealt with on the same day.
When a member of the clinical team has requested that you have a blood test this can be booked with of one of our receptionist at the main desk.
Treatment suite appointments with the nursing team can be booked in advance.
Do not delay dialling 999 if you feel that an ambulance is needed.
Housebound patients requiring a home visit, please contact the surgery prior to 10.00 am. Only emergency visits will be arranged after this time at the doctor’s discretion.
