When arriving at the surgery for your booked appointment you can now use the Patient Check-in Touchscreen located in the lobby of Grayhill Surgery.
The patient check-in touchscreen provides a safe and simple process for you to arrive yourself for your appointment by following a few simple onscreen instructions.
This process will save you waiting in a queue for the receptionist as you can check-in for your appointment and the screen will display instructions of who you are seeing and which area of our waiting room you should take a seat.
You can also use the QR code on your mobile phone to assess the check in system instead of using the touchscreen.
When a member of the clinical team has requested that you have a blood test this can be booked with of one of our receptionist at the main desk.
Treatment suite appointments with the nursing team can be booked in advance.
Do not delay dialling 999 if you feel that an ambulance is needed.
