Please do not contact us to request an appointment for COVID-19 vaccination. Visit the COVID-19 Vaccination page for information and make sure that we have your correct contact details, via the Online Services page or E-Consult (see the blue box above), so that you can stay informed about the vaccination service and appointment availability.
THANK YOU!
We would like to thank Magor Brewery for the provision of hand sanitiser and disinfectant throughout the Covid pandemic. The supplies have been essential in helping us to keep everyone as safe as possible while visiting the surgery.

Once registered, our team of staff work with you to provide the most appropriate care for you. If you would like to help us improve our services; please get involved with our active patient group - who meet regularly to ensure we are always aware of your perspective.
Access & Parking
Both our sites are generally suitable for disabled users. There are dedicated disabled car parking spaces within the car park, a disabled assistance alert at Gray Hill Surgery and disabled toilets. We would ask that you let us know if you need any help, as your disability may not be a visible one. If you have a specific need then please feel free to contact us beforehand so that we can double check that adequate facilities have been provided.
Adequate car parking facilities are provided at Gray Hill Surgery, Caldicot. Public car parks are situated next to both Gray Hill Surgery, Caldicot and Dorset House Surgery, Magor.
