I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice and supporting the other team members and doctors. This includes the management of staff, premises, finances and service delivery. I am happy to discuss any non-medical problems you may have and also receive any suggestions for improving the services offered. Your comments will be totally confidential and there is no need to give your name and address unless you would like a response.
The practice operates an 'in-house complaints procedure' and welcomes the opportunity to deal with any concerns or complaints you may have about the service we provide. In the first instance, please contact me by letter, telephone or in person so your complaint can be investigated and dealt with quickly. It is our policy to give you a full explanation and advise you of the outcome. The practice publishes guidance on how to complain. This guidance is available on request at reception, or from the Practice Manager directly
