Patients’ Rights and Responsibilities

To enable a high standard at all times we would ask you to assist the staff in helping you when you contact the surgery. We take any abuse of staff or property very seriously. Patients may be asked to leave the practice if the patient / doctor relationship breaks down completely or if you move out of the practice area. If you are asked to leave the practice, we will explain in writing the reason for removal.

If you are unable to keep a pre-booked appointment please cancel your appointment so the practice can make this appointment available to another patient thus benefiting all the patients.
