The Caldicot Medical Group was formed in 1975 when the two practices centred in Caldicot combined.  In 1990 we moved into new purpose-built premises at Gray Hill Surgery, where we expanded and improved our services.  In 1996 we expanded further to allow space to introduce physiotherapy, child health and extra consultant clinics.

In 1979 we opened a branch surgery at Dorset House in Magor, much enlarged since.  It is our intention to continue to improve our service to the local community.
