We hope you will find our surgery friendly and efficient. In any organisation, however, things do go wrong. If this happens we want to know so that we can try and prevent problems in the future. If you have any suggestions or need to make a complaint about any services received at Gray Hill Surgery, please direct these in person, in writing to our Practice Manager, Julian Crowe, or by using our secure Contact Us form. If you require a copy of our complaints procedure, please ask at reception or go to Complaints and Concerns Policy under Documents/Downloads .
